- 10+ years of overall experience including minimum 5 years of Product owner experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile software development environments.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
- Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
