1099 Independent Contract ( Commission Base Only )

Position Overview:
Join our team as an Life Insurance Agent that is focused on serving Veterans with a set of free benefits and helping them qualify for Permanent Veteran Life Insurance that covers what the VA does not for burial and final expenses. Our insurance pays out immediately for any cause of death. Agents will be provided free leads, will book their own presentations and will be expected to deliver a benefit review from a script over a Zoom call.

Responsibilities:

• Book your own appointments using both company provided leads and ultimately utilize the "Plus Leads" collected in customer presentations to have a never ending supply of customer presentations.
• Servicing Veterans and their families: Provide personalized service to the Veterans, deliver a set of prequalified benefits with professional acumen. Utilize the needs analyses to understanding their protection needs, and recommending suitable coverage options.
• Plus Lead collection: Become skilled in obtaining qualified referrals from the family you are presenting to. Gather 5-10 leads per presentation so that you will consistently have 3 presentations per day.
• Mentorship and Training: Benefit from daily mentorship and training sessions to enhance your skills and accelerate your professional growth. Be coachable and learn how to coach and build your own team.
• Agency Building: You are going to be constantly recruiting your own agents, training them and helping them become highly successful. Your goal would be to recruit 1 new agent per week

Qualifications:

• Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Must Be 18+
• Able to clear a background check
• Position only available in US
• No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided.
• Interest in sales, insurance, and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Not required but being a Military Veteran is a huge advantage and something we would highly value.
