Chemical Engineer - AI Model Trainer

Description:

We are seeking a talented and advanced chemist to join our dynamic team in training AI models. This exciting role involves measuring the progress of AI chatbots, assessing their logic, and solving complex problems to enhance the quality of each model.

In this position, you will leverage your deep understanding of chemistry to give AI chatbots challenging problems and evaluate their responses for accuracy and performance. A Master's or PhD is preferred but not mandatory, as we welcome individuals with expertise in related fields such as Formulation Science, Development Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Process Development Chemistry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide AI chatbots with diverse and intricate chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
  • Assess the quality and correctness of the outputs produced by AI models.

Qualifications:

  • A current or completed Master's or PhD is preferred but not necessary.
  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in chemistry along with strong inductive/deductive reasoning and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning skills.
