Join the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and contribute to improving health and positively impacting our communities.As a Compensation Consultant , you will collaborate with managers and leadership to ensure accurate and timely compensation consultation, analyze trends, and support annual planning. You'll develop presentations and work with HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Data, HRIS, Faculty Affairs, and Talent Planning and Development.Primary Functions Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations domestically and internationally.Perform job mapping and compile data for global compensation surveys to maintain competitive pay practices.Review requests for new or revised positions to determine appropriate salary grades.Conduct market pricing to ensure competitiveness, analyze labor market data, and maintain wage guidelines.Maintain job description templates and employee files.Perform job evaluations for consistency and appropriate classifications based on FLSA standards.Evaluate departmental compensation budgets during the annual cycle.Analyze granular data and present findings to stakeholders.Support organizational decision-making through reports and dashboards.Research and measure compensation solutions for competitiveness.Utilize databases and software for data analysis and presentation.Create visual data displays for senior management.Handle inquiries via the compensation inbox and delegate as needed.Other duties as assigned.Preferred: Certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).All remote work must be performed within MCW registered payroll states, including WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, and UT.Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Effective communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, stress management, confidentiality, integrity, and organizational skills are essential.Schedule & Requirements Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.Minimum Experience: 1-2 years in compensation, HR, or analytics, or equivalent. Compensation Certification preferred.Target salary range: $64,300 - $81,400 annually, based on experience and qualifications.Why MCW?
