The Head of School will be a knowledgeable educator who understands how to grow a team and lead a school through growth; a collaborator who demonstrates relationship-building, mentoring, and strategic thinking. The Head of School should be comfortable making fair and firm decisions and should have a passion for education within an Episcopal framework. The School seeks an individual committed to continuing its educational philosophy of academic excellence within a warm and accepting environment. The next Head of School will assume office on July 1, 2026.
