Job Details:

We are looking for Senior BDM for HealthCare accounts. They will have an overall portfolio size of $7M with 4 high potential accounts - aggressive person (not shy to walk the halls, cold call etc.) and a go getter.
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate credible, long-term relationships with prospects and customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed assigned quarterly sales revenue targets (recognized and collected).
  • Opportunity Management: Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records of contact and opportunity information.
  • Account Development: Identify and develop new accounts while expanding business within existing accounts.
  • Industry Representation: Attend and represent the company at various business and industry meetings, conferences and trade shows.
  • Channel Strategy: Implement a comprehensive channel and partner strategy with multipoint lead generation to maximize outreach.
  • Network Utilization: Leverage existing networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.
  • Customer Alignment: Set customer expectations consistent with their service offerings and delivery capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • BE/MBA with around 15 years of experience in Farming and Manging enterprise software solutions & services in the Information Technology Services in HealthCare domain.
  • Proven track record in IT services sales with a focus on software solutions and services.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and a well-established network of industry connects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to Travel extensively
