Patient Service Representative (Remote)
Pay: $15.00/hr
Schedule: Training (6 weeks): Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm
After Training (EST): 11:30am-8:00pm / 12:00pm-8:30pm / 1:00pm-9:30pm
Assignment: Temp-to-hire (based on performance)
Job Duties: Answer incoming patient calls, Assist with orders, ETAs, and general questions. Enter call details accurately. Verify insurance information. Provide professional, compassionate customer service. Follow HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of customer service or call center experience. Comfortable with computers and phones.
Important: Training is mandatory for 6 weeks. No time off, appointments, or vacations allowed during training.
