Join our team! We are hiring Class A OTR Team Drivers with Security Clearance.

Description:

• We are seeking responsible and motivated CDL Class A drivers ready for an OTR adventure in a 2025 Freightliner.
• We encourage established teams and husband & wife teams to apply!
• Receive a $2000 sign-on bonus per driver after completing 90 days of driving.
• This is a company driver position that offers excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

• Guaranteed a minimum of $2,000 per driver based on availability or percentage pay, whichever is greater (line haul + driver accessorial).
• Refer a driver and earn a $500 referral bonus!
• Participate in a paid 2-1/2 day orientation, held weekly.
• Drive a 2025 Double bunk Freightliner with upgraded interior, APU's, refrigerators, and inverters installed.
• Rental cars and private hotel rooms provided during orientation.
• Payments are made via Direct Deposit on a weekly basis.

• Must have a valid CLASS A CDL with Regional or OTR Experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of verifiable recent and consistent driving experience is required.
• Candidates must be 23 years or older.
• DoD Experience is considered a plus.
• A TWIC card and Hazmat endorsement are required.
• Secret Clearance is necessary. We will consider drivers who have already applied for clearance.

Woodfield will assist in starting the secret clearance process for qualified drivers.
